Nathan's preschool class had their Christmas party last week, and I was one of the parents in charge of executing the celebration. The other two parents were my kind of preschool parents -- skip the weeks of planning, do simple things like read the nativity story and do a craft that doubles as a snack. Easy. Done and done.
Except.
One of the parents is an actor. And what reading of the nativity story wouldn't be cooler with people role-playing as the holy family, complete with costumes and a question/answer session? (Questions I would never ask.)
So guess who got talked into being the mother mild? (Babe in a manger included!)
| This was the final of *many* wardrobe options. Like whoa. |
And that's the story of how Charlotte made her acting debut as the baby Jesus.

You and Charlotte present a beautiful Mother and Child. Who cares if Charlotte is a girl. Right? ;)
I like how you're in authentic, Marian blue. And how hott Joseph is. I'd let him put me away privily any time.
