| Sold! |
I know nothing is done until it's actually closed, but we have every reason to be optimistic about this: a super-reasonable offer ($5k below list price, which is already ridiculously low but that has nothing to do with the buyer), in as-is condition (hopefully reducing the potential surprises that could come from the inspection), with a relatively small due diligence window and a closing date of July 15th, less than a month away. It's a relocation something or other and it even looks like their loan is already lined up and in order. We're cautiously hopeful. And mostly relieved.
Hugely, hugely, relieved.
(And the pool renovation at the new house is already tentatively scheduled for two days after the old house closes.) (Squeeeeee!!!!!!)

The relief overpowers the bit of sadness saying goodbye to the home that housed many wonderful stepping stones and memories!
