Pockets and Overalls

Nathan has been very into his pockets of late. When we're outside, he works very hard to get (and keep!) his hands in his jacket pockets. He looks so old standing around like this!
And he loves to put small toys (racecars, mostly) in his pockets. I think these overalls are confusing to him, though -- he's still learning which openings are actually pockets!

He seems to have just as much fun dropping the cars through and finding them near his shoes as he would using the real pocket, though. And this over-and-over again entertainment is just one more reason to add to the ever-growing list of why I adore overalls -- the cutest kid clothes ever.
